This means that our highly trained technicians will repair your vehicle to the highest standards using genuine manufacturer parts. Before repairs commence, you can request a manufacturer’s repair certificate, which you will receive after completion of the repairs.

We can assure you that we will reinstate your Toyota/Lexus to its pre-accident condition. Our repairs come with a 10 year guarantee which is subject to our terms and conditions.
It is your choice where your vehicle is repaired; you are not obliged to use an approved repairer chosen by your insurance provider. We would strongly advise against using an insurance company’s chosen repairer, as they may not fit genuine manufacturer parts to your vehicle, and they may also be pressured to repair parts that ought to be replaced.

At Autoright we appreciate the value of continued staff training and as such our staff hold many accreditations from The City & Guilds of London Institute in all departments. We are proud to say Autoright has recently been awarded the top industry quality certification, BS10125. This is the equivalent to a BSI Kite mark.
ALL of the major UK insurers recognise the quality this demonstrates. In addition unless specifically requested to do otherwise, we always use manufacturer original equipment parts, ensuring quality and safety. BS10125 is a technical specification relating to the processes involved in repairing and is widely-regarded as the one common repair standard across the industry. It stipulates to bodyshops and garages the processes and procedures relating to the safe repair of vehicles damaged in accidents, and lays out the minimum requirements for the quality of repair methods and materials, the competency of personnel and how well-maintained repair equipment should be.
To be awarded BS10125, garages and workshops must be independently audited by an assessor and agree to on-going compliance and assessment.
