If the accident wasn’t your fault:

We work closely with many top national accident claims specialists who can help you following an accident that wasn’t your fault. A claims specialist can help liaise with the third party’s insurers, arrange the repairs for you, a like-for-like replacement vehicle, and medical care if needed.

The process with a non-fault claim:

  • As soon as we are notified of the claim, we will either arrange to collect your vehicle, or it may be recovered to us depending on the extent of the damage.
  • Once your vehicle has arrived with us, one of our qualified vehicle damage assessors will carry out an assessment. A full, detailed repair blueprint will be created for the proposed repairs.
  • Our estimate will then be submitted via specialist software directly to an independent motor engineer to be authorised. When we receive the repair authorisation, we can order the parts required.
  • Once the parts have arrived, we can begin the repair process. We update our customers when required with the progress of their repairs.
  • The diagram below shows the workshop stages. All vehicles we work on are reinstated to their pre-accident condition, following the manufacturer's repair methods and fitting genuine parts where available.
